The Association has contracted the required work, which is now near completion: leak detection, pump replacement, an engineer's certification, and electrical permits. Management will send formal notice as soon as the work is finished and the pool reopens.
The trash company charges up to $260 for each pickup when trash is above the top of the container. Bag trash tightly before using the chute, leave nothing on the trash room floor, flatten boxes into the recycling bin, and take bulky items off the property. Regular pickup is Monday through Saturday, recycling on Tuesdays. The full rules and the holiday schedule are on the Documents page.
At the October 14 meeting, the Board approved the revised Rules & Regulations with three changes: back-in parking is now allowed, a parking space may hold a motorcycle alongside a car or two motorcycles, and fines for uncured or repeat violations are up to $100 per occurrence. Smoking, including marijuana, remains prohibited in all common areas. The adopted rules and the minutes are on the Documents page.
